Alice Duret-Sauquet is a third-year engineering student at ESPCI Paris – PSL. She is currently a visiting student at the Melville Laboratory, where her research focuses on the adhesion of hydrogels. Her interests lie in the physical chemistry of soft matter, with a particular emphasis on the mechanical properties and behavior of soft materials. Prior to joining the Melville Laboratory, she investigated the adhesion of cosmetic deposits during an internship at L’Oréal and completed a research project at SIMM laboratory on foams generated from viscoelastic fluids.
